Nougie est le premier "indic" à apparaître dans la série. Celui-ci sort à peine de prison qu’il se fait "serrer" par Crockett et Tubbs pour recel de marchandises volées. Pour éviter la prison, il deviendra un indic plus ou moins régulier durant la série.
